How It Works

Book an appointment at a time that works for you.

The employee presents original, unexpired documents from the List of Acceptable Documents (List A or a combination of List B and List C).

I will review the documents for completeness and complete Section 2 of Form I-9 as the authorized representative.

The completed Form I-9 is returned to you for your records, following all applicable requirements.

The travel fee is added to the I-9 verification fee. Bookings must be confirmed by phone before appointments are finalized.
